All items require 3–5 business days to handcraft.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address will be taken from PayPal. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method once the order has been shipped.
TRACKING AN ORDER
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier’s package-tracking site. This email will provide your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, along with the date your order was shipped.
IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available only to the US, CA, and 35+ other countries. All available destinations can be found at checkout. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please send an inquiry to our customer service team at egretly@foxmail.com.
Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only items that pass our quality inspection process can be sent out. Our standard is to supply you with a perfect gift.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
